• Project content. Brand profiles, scripts, scene prompts, generated voiceovers, video clips, captions, and rendered videos you create in the Service.
• Connected accounts. If you connect a social platform (e.g. YouTube), we store an authorization token that lets us publish on your behalf. We do not receive or store your platform password.
• Usage data. Log data, device/browser information, and interactions with the Service, used to operate and improve it.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating scripts, voiceovers, video clips, and assembled videos.
• To publish or schedule content to social platforms you explicitly connect and select.
• To authenticate you, secure your account, and provide support.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Google and YouTube API Services

ClipMorph uses Google API Services (including the YouTube Data API v3) to let you connect your channel and publish videos. ClipMorph's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke ClipMorph's access at any time in the Service (Disconnect) or via your Google Account permissions.

4. Third-Party Processors

To deliver features you request, we share the minimum necessary content with third-party providers acting as processors, including: Google/YouTube (publishing and account data), Google Gemini (script and caption generation), ElevenLabs (voiceover synthesis), Runway (video generation), Shotstack (video assembly), AssemblyAI (transcription), and TikTok content services (discovery). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and project content while your account is active. You may delete projects at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain limited information as required by law.
