These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClipMorph's website and services at clipmorph.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ClipMorph helps creators and brands discover trending content, generate AI scripts, voiceovers, and video clips, assemble videos, and publish or schedule them to connected social platforms.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the brand information, scripts, and videos you create ("Your Content").
• You grant ClipMorph a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service (including sending it to the third-party processors listed in our Privacy Policy).
• You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to any source material you ingest, remix, or publish.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to create or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not violate the terms, policies, or rate limits of any connected platform (including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn).
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is required, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.

5. Disclosures & Publishing

You are responsible for selecting the correct disclosures (such as paid promotion, branded content, or AI-generated labels) for each platform. ClipMorph passes the disclosures and content you provide to the platform but does not guarantee acceptance or continued availability of any post.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party APIs (Google/YouTube, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, Runway, Shotstack, AssemblyAI, and others). Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their respective terms. ClipMorph's use of Google/YouTube APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

7. AI-Generated Output

AI features may produce inaccurate, biased, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated scripts, captions, audio, and video before publishing. ClipMorph makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI output.

8. Fees

Certain features rely on paid third-party services or subscription plans. You are responsible for any fees associated with your use, including credits consumed by connected providers.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipMorph will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
